Shabbir joined his traditional family business three decades ago. Over a period of time, the realization of investing himself in market research propelled him to travel across Africa and later to Europe and Asia. He strongly felt the need to build an institution which can offer quality products and services to every customer. Shabbir is currently focusing on technologies, product development, plant and machineries to create new self sustainable verticals across the continents. h to the MML team to take up the challenge. He has extensive market knowledge of Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Tanzania. He handles the day to day operations of Machinery Mart Ltd.

Jalesh Nadiadhara

Jalesh brought his 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Previously he was associated with Sumaria Group, Tanzania. He is heading the finance operations for the group beside being the director of Machinery Mart Limited, a group company of DIY Limited.

Head - Projects.

Brought 11 years of Indian working experience in the building material and related industries. He has graduated in Arts and Hold an MBA Degree from Madras University. He also worked in MFC South Asia.

Giridhari Jha
Head-Information Technology

He is focused on implementing systems to integrate sales, inventory, and supply chain areas to maximize output. He brought his decade long experience in working with most sophisticated IT systems and his working experience in Africa for last five years added a dimension to implementation of the systems at the fastest possible time.

Sandeep Botre
Head of Supply Chain and Logistics

Sandeep brought his 19 years of work experience across the globe where he headed Supply Chain Management in organizations e.g. Kenana Sugar, Sudan, Godrej Retail, Dana Pharmaceuticals, Nigeria and Yusuf Ibrahim Alghanim, Kuwait. He impleted SAP and other allied systems and processes in different organizations to ensure a profitable operation.He looks after the Supply Chain and Logistics of DIY Limited and MML in Tanzania.
